• The Registrars of Voters Association of Connecticut 
  (ROVAC) is committed to:

  • Providing and managing free, impartial and democratic elections

  • Establishing and administering voter registration enrollment procedures

  • Maintaining and managing accurate voter registration records.

• ROVAC must create an environment for Election Administrators where ongoing training will lead to certification. 
  

• ROVAC must promote the creation of a professional body of trained and properly compensated election officials. 
  

• ROVAC must increase the visibility and promote the usefulness of our organization to state and local officials, as well as to the communities in which we serve.
